HANDOVER SORTED - 1 year and 1 day!

Day 3 - Temp. fencing

Temp fencing goes up, althought letterbox is behind fence!
A job for Cup Day perhaps.......

Day 1 - Site Cut

Site Cut Success!
Site was cut on North side of site to approx 600mm, with a slight fill on South side. Site doesn't look 753m2 - looks smaller.
I will be constructing a retaining wall along the North side cut/fence line from 2400x75x200 treated pine sleepers using custom made 'H', 'C' and '90Deg' posts, manufactured by my father-in-law and custom powder coated in Monument too! It will be lined with geo-fabric and drained with agi-pipe & scoria. Agi-pipe will be eventually join up to 4 silt pits which will be connected to storm water.

Tree Lopping - April 2010

We are in a VPO4 Area in the City of Whitehorse and tree lopping is restricted. Fortunately the trees we wanted to lop were neither individually protected nor did they exceed the 100cm circumference @ 1mt height regulations for VPO4.
We used our preferred tree guy which we have used numerous times on different sites but there was one tree which was a danger to the powerlines so I had to arrange power asset owner, Jemena to lop this one down (see pic below) They were fantastic and came within a week to complete job.

Jemena were called in to lop this one!

A vast difference as major trees
were removed from building envelope

You can actually see there is a house there now!
