After 6 years, 2 sites and 3 sets of final drawings for 'dream' homes, we have finally decided on the NBG Buckingham 320E with an altered floorplan which includes a Triple Garage and a walk in pantry, to name a few alterations!
A lovely location but we have to knockdown original dwelling first!
HANDOVER SORTED - 1 year and 1 day!
Day 15 - NBG Signage & Pegging for plumbing?
NBG Sign goes up and pegging of some sort. Not sure what for yet as it's very close to the front, too close for garage setback of 9mt. It looks like the LPOD on the plan. ie legal point of discharge for storm water.
